Here you can read the documentation wiki, browse the MAKER subversion code repository and create tickets for bug reporting and feature requests. Thanks for stopping by.

The ticket system and the source code browser are both fully functional. The source code is updated to the most recent Subversion commits in real time, and the new tickets are reported to the maker-devel mailing list which is monitored to all active developers.

The wiki portion of this site only contains this home page at this time. We will be updating it in the near future with a series of pages for MAKER documentation. Tackling MAKER documentation is high on our list of priorities, so please check back soon. Another place where we update information on MAKER is the MAKER page on the Yandell Lab website. In the mean time, consider the documentation within the source code and feel free to contact the maker-devel mailing list.
